Supportive Function:
Supports relaxation and sleep.
Ingredients:
Passion Flower, Scullcap, St. Johns Wort, Valerian Root, Wood Betony, Black Cohosh, Wild Yam Root, Blue Cohosh, Milk Thistle, Eleuthero in an alcohol base.
Contraindications:
Contraindicated in pregnancy. Ginseng should not be taken in high doses (this formula does not contain a high dose). St. John's wort should not be taken with antidepressant drugs; concerns about sun sensitivity only exist with high doses. Cautions of MAO-inhibiting effects appear to be unfounded.
